MGTC is honored to host the signing of the Shareholders’ Agreement between four parties: Nextgreen Biomass Sdn Bhd, Greentech Malaysia Alliances Sdn Bhd, Koperasi Sahabat and Koperasi Perkhidmatan Setia Berhad.

This joint venture aims to construct, develop and commission twenty palm oil waste collection and processing centers in Malaysia through the special purpose vehicle company, GTC Biomass Berhad. With the agreement sealed today, we are optimistic that all parties involved will work well together to accelerate the #circulareconomy in Malaysia.
