Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Centre together with Oeko Institute and GIZ have successfully organized the first MyRelamp Project Workshop – a Government Green Procurement (GGP) Pilot Project for Local Authorities through Lighting Energy Efficiency in supporting Low Carbon Cities Initiative, here at Putrajaya Mariott Hotel.
The first launching of MyRelamp workshop is marked as an introduction of the project and also aims to create awareness especially in local authorities towards the scope of project.
This event attended by more than 152 representatives from local authorities, stakeholders, industry players and top management of MGCC.
MGCC also acknowledge 4 Cities Council as Building Energy Intensity (BEI) namely Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh, Majlis Perbandaran Pasir Gudang, Majlis Perbandaran Langkawi Bandar Pelancongan and Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor.
The project tabled five (5) main outcomes to be further discuss between the moderator and participants. Hopefully, the outcome of this project can be achieved.
