To upskill technical human capital in the field of Green Technology, MGTC created various programs in different aspects of managing and reducing energy consumption in equipping Malaysia’s workforce.
The Awareness Training Program which is open to any participant. The Technical and Semi-Technical Training Program that targets individuals with certain skills within the related energy area. Participants joining the Certification Training Program, will be certified after passing all examination or assessments and will be recognized by a regulatory body such as the Energy Commission.
To ensure a continuous development of employee especially during the pandemic situation, short course program was offered with minima hours required
All the training programs registered with the HRD Corp and also Suruhanjaya Tenaga for the continuous development program (CDP) point.
