Conference Ticket - Terms and Conditions
1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting an application to participate in KLSS 2026, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and you undertake to comply with all rules, requirements, and obligations set forth herein.
2. REGISTRATION FEES
Registration is compulsory for participation in KLSS 2026. The applicable registration fees are detailed below:

- All prices are per person and exclude 8% SST.
- Early bird registration for KLSS 2026 ends on 31 August 2026.
- All USD prices are quoted based on the prevailing exchange rate as of 10 May 2026 and may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations.
- KLSS 2026 is HRD Corp Claimable under the HRD Corp Claimable Course scheme for eligible Malaysian employers.
3. ONLINE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
3.1Registration Details
Participants are responsible for ensuring all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete and truthful.
3.2Verification of the Government & Academia Category
Participants registering under the Government / Academia category must register using their respective official institutional email address. MGTC reserves the right to request supporting evidence (such as an official Local Order (LO), valid and effective Staff ID) to verify eligibility. If valid proof is not provided, MGTC reserves the right to adjust the registration to the Standard rate.
3.3Official Payment Channel
All Registration Fees shall be paid through the designated online payment gateway available on the official KLSS registration portal.
3.4Entrance to the Summit
Access to KLSS 2026 will only be granted upon complete registration and receipt of successful full payment.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to complete registration well in advance. If technical issues arise during online payment, please contact the Secretariat at klss@mgtc.gov.my to arrange alternative payment options.
4. ATTENDANCE, SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1Substitutions
Participants may be substituted at no extra charges, and there shall be no limit on the number of substitutions permitted per registration, provided that each substitution is made at least five (5) working days prior to the Event. All substitutions shall be made through the official KLSS 2026 Registration Portal, and the substituted participant shall be required to update and complete their personal details accordingly, along with confirmation of the full payment. Once the substitution and registration are completed, the Registration Portal will generate a QR code as the entrance pass for the substitute participant.
4.2No Attendance (No Show)
Failure to attend any or all of the days of the KLSS 2026 will result in forfeiture of the full Registration Fees. There will be no refunds for partial attendance.
4.3Cancellation Policy
All Registration Fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Once registered and confirmed, cancellations by participants will not be eligible for any refund. Participants who are unable to attend may opt to transfer their registration to a substitute delegate in accordance with Clause 4.1.
5. HRD CORP CLAIMABLE COURSE PROVISIONS
This provision under Clause 5 is administered solely by Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp). Approval of any application is subject to HRD Corp's assessment and discretion and is made independently of MGTC. HRD Corp may revise its requirements and conditions from time to time. Employers are advised to check directly with HRD Corp for the latest requirements and the final status of their application.
5.1Grant Application & Submission
Employers registering under the HRD Corp must submit their approved HRD Corp Grant Approval Letter to the Organiser at least fourteen (14) working days prior to KLSS 2026.
Failure to submit the Grant Approval Letter by the stipulated deadline will result in the registration being converted to direct corporate billing, payable prior to the event.
5.2Attendance & Verification
HRD Corp Registered Participants must meet full attendance requirements across all KLSS 2026 sessions.
HRD Corp Registered Participants must complete the daily physical check-in and check-out verification procedures at the designated HRD Corp Secretariat Desk located at the venue.
If HRD Corp rejects or withholds claims due to non-attendance or non-compliance, the respective Employers remains fully liable for the Registration Fees.
In cases of non-attendance (No-Show) after grant approval, HRD Corp will not disburse funds. Consequently, MGTC reserves the right to issue a direct corporate invoice to the Employer for the full Registration Fee, payable within fourteen (14) working days from the conclusion of KLSS 2026.
5.3Substitution
HRD Corp Registered Participant substitution is permitted at no extra charges, and there shall be no limit on the number of substitutions permitted per registration, provided that the Employer shall update the substituted participant’s details in the KLSS 2026 Registration Portal, where applicable. The Employer has to officially notify MGTC in writing at least five (5) working days prior to KLSS 2026. The substitutes HRD Corp Registered Participant shall be required to update and complete their personal details accordingly through the official KLSS 2026 Registration Portal, along with confirmation of applicable HRD Corp Grant Approval. Once the substitution and registration are completed, the Registration Portal will generate a QR code as the entrance pass for the substitute participant.
5.4Cancellation Policy
If the Employer wishes to cancel the participation of a registered participant under an HRD Corp-approved grant, the Employer shall be responsible for applying for the cancellation of the relevant grant through the HRD Corp e-TRis portal, where applicable. Any cancellation is subject to HRD Corp's approval.
The Employer shall inform MGTC of the cancellation and provide the relevant confirmation from HRD Corp, where applicable.
For the avoidance of doubt, MGTC shall not be responsible for obtaining HRD Corp's approval for any grant cancellation or withdrawal. If the HRD Corp grant cancellation is not approved, cannot be processed, or the Registration Fees is not covered or claimable through HRD Corp for any reason, the Employer shall remain responsible to settle for the full Registration Fees. MGTC reserves the right to issue a direct corporate invoice to the Employer for the full Registration Fee, which shall be payable within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the invoice or the conclusion of KLSS 2026, whichever is earlier.
5.5Employer's Obligations
The Employer shall remain responsible for complying with all applicable HRD Corp requirements and procedures.
To obtain HRD Corp Grant Approval prior to event registration and provide the official Grant ID upon registration.
To settle the full invoice amount to MGTC within fourteen (14) working days of notification should the grant claim be rejected, cancelled or revoked by HRD Corp due to Employer or its employee’s non-compliance or administrative issues.
To settle any remaining balance within fourteen (14) working days of notification if HRD Corp approves only a partial claim.
To provide all required supporting documentation for HRD Corp processing within seven (7) working days upon request by either HRD Corp or MGTC.
6. DISCLAIMER
MGTC reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), time(s) and/or to cancel the conference sessions should circumstances beyond its control arise. MGTC shall not be responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by the Registered Participants due to any changes and/or cancellations. MGTC also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice, should it be necessary. Upon registering, the Participants are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions herein.
MGTC reserves the absolute right to amend or modify any of these terms and conditions from time to time as it deems fit. The amended or modified terms and conditions will be uploaded onto the KLSS 2026 Official Website: https://www.mgtc.gov.my/klss/. The Participants are therefore encouraged to visit the website from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes to the Terms and Conditions.
7. PARTICIPANT'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONSENT
7.1Personal Data Acknowledgement
By submitting this registration for KLSS 2026, Participants acknowledge and agree that personal data provided by them may be collected, recorded, stored, used and processed by MGTC for the purposes of processing and administering their registration, communicating with them in relation to the registration and event, and for other purposes related to the administration of KLSS 2026. Participants confirm that the personal data provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. The Participants acknowledge that their personal data will be handled in accordance with MGTC’s applicable Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, where applicable.
7.2Media & Photography Consent
By attending KLSS 2026, Participants grant MGTC permission to capture photographs, video, and audio recordings for the event reports, promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across public media channels.
